For the daily cover of landfill waste, We at Cevons Waste Management and our partners, invested in a tarp deployment system that allows us to cover and uncover our working face with easy-to-lay, EPA-approved tarps that control odor, vectors and litter, and at the same time saving landfill space that would normally be consumed by non-reusable soil.
The Haag Bosch Sanitary Landfill site services the City of Georgetown and 15 NDCs. This Landfill Site is the largest in the country and the only sanitary landfill Site. Cevons Waste Management commenced the operation of the Haag Bosch Sanitary Landfill site from April 1st, 2018 to current.
The Esplanade landfill is located at Esplanade, New Amsterdam and accepts waste from businesses and residents within the New Amsterdam Municipality and surrounding communities, in the East Berbice- Corentyne Region. Cevons Waste Management commenced the operation of the Esplande Landfill Site from November 1st, 2019 to current.
